- Delivery timelines are estimates and shall begin after receipt of the required advance payment, final technical approval and complete delivery information from the customer.
- Available stock may be delivered within the period stated in the quotation. Imported, customized or back-ordered products shall be delivered subject to manufacturer availability, shipping, customs clearance and applicable regulatory approvals.
- HM Traders shall make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed delivery schedule; however, a delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of contract or give rise to penalties or compensation unless expressly accepted in writing.
- Partial delivery may be made where products become available at different times, and each delivery may be invoiced separately.
- Delivery charges, insurance, loading, unloading, installation and commissioning are excluded unless expressly mentioned in the quotation.
- The customer must provide safe access, authorized receiving personnel and all arrangements necessary for unloading and placement of equipment. Any waiting time, repeated delivery or additional handling may be charged separately.
- Risk of loss or damage shall pass to the customer upon delivery and acknowledgment by the customer, its representative, transporter or authorized receiving personnel.
- The customer must inspect the shipment at the time of receipt. Any visible shortage, incorrect item or transit damage must be recorded on the delivery document and reported to HM Traders in writing, with photographs, within forty-eight (48) hours.
- If the customer delays or refuses delivery after being notified that the products are ready, HM Traders may charge reasonable storage, transportation and handling costs. Payment obligations shall remain unaffected by such delay.
- Installation or commissioning, where included, shall be scheduled after confirmation of site readiness. Installation delays caused by incomplete utilities, infrastructure or administrative permissions shall not be treated as delivery delays attributable to HM Traders.
